Job Description
  1. Responsible for the preparation of menus under the direct supervision of Chef de Partie and Sous Chef.
  2. Assist supervisor to run the station efficiently.
  3. Obtain requisitioned goods from the storeroom.
  4. Stock food items neatly in shelves and fridges.
  5. Keep the section that he is assigned to in good working order.
  6. Assist in cleaning utensils and equipment.
  7. Work according to standard recipes


Work Experience
  1. Discipline, good attitude and self motivated
  2. Passionate in guest experience and satisfaction
  3. Able to work in a team & good communication
  4. Fluent in English both written and verbally
  5. Must have experienced in the same position at least 2 years in an upscale hotel
  6. Hotel or Culinary School graduates Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree
